Our service agreements cater to residential homes and light commercial properties, recognizing that each equipment has unique needs. The inspections are tailored to your specific equipment and typically include the following scope of work, adjusted based on the scheduled appointment time of year. Any requested changes must be made within 30 days of purchase due to our heavily discounted service programs.

Residential Maintenance Plans:

1. Residential Annual Plan (Comfort Club) – $179 per system:

• One Tune-up visit per year (Spring or Fall)
• Basic Outdoor Coil Rinse
• 5% discounts on parts and labor for repairs

2. Residential Bi-Annual Plan (Comfort Club) – $299 per system:

• Two Tune-up visits per year (Spring and Fall)
• 5% discounts on parts and labor for repairs

For those seeking a comprehensive inspection:

• Residential/Commercial 20 Point Inspection – $99 per system:
• A detailed diagnostic report on the unit’s current performance

Commercial Maintenance

Commercial Annual Plan includes (Comfort Club) $179 per system
1. One (1) Tune-up visits per year. (Spring Or Fall, Customer’s Choice)
2. Basic Outdoor Coil Rinse
3. 5% discounts on parts and labor for repairs (Even if you don’t follow our recommendations).

Commercial Bi-Annual Plan includes (Comfort Club) $299 per system
1. Two (2) Tune-up visits per year. (During Spring & Fall Season)
2. 5% discounts on parts and labor for repairs (Even if you don’t follow our recommendations) “During semi-annual inspections, tech will change filters if provided by the tenant.”
